Rosendale Collective operates as one of the most diverse culinary organizations in the world. Rich Rosendale was the Executive Chef of the Greenbrier resort overseeing 16 kitchens, a 44 acre farm, and multiple PGA tour events. Chef Rosendale also owns and operates Roots 657 a restaurant and market concept in Northern Virginia, located in “Washington DC Wine County”.
