Sous Chef and HACCP Coordinator | RC Culinary Lab

Toting a well-rounded background in various culinary disciplines and hospitality outlets, John joined the Rosendale Collective Team in 2016 to assist with the launch of Rosendale Collective’s flagship store at Roots 657 restaurant. He helped grow into the wildly popular restaurant as Pitmaster, and in November 2019, he leads the team to win the Grand Champion at Metro Cooking DC’s BBQ Bash.

He has worked with Chef Rosendale on multiple events ranging from fundraising events for Bocuse D’Or at Bouchon to local economic development brunches for foreign dignitaries.

Currently, John is assisting Chef Rosendale with his new outlet, “RC Culinary Lab,” filling the role of Sous Chef and HAACP coordinator.
