In addition to Chef Rosendale, RC Training courses are taught by our certified RC Chef Instructors who have experience as professional chefs and have trained side-by-side with Chef Rosendale in order to deliver participants a world class culinary experience. In addition to our public classes, RC Training can create a customized course for your company or host a team building event in our kitchens or yours.

Our 1-3 day Culinary Workshops are endorsed by the American Culinary Federation. Rosendale Collective has also taken their training internationally — from South America to India.
