After a successful 10-year run, Chef Rich Rosendale and his partners sold Roots 657, the beloved restaurant and market in Leesburg, Virginia. While the original restaurant location is no longer open, Roots Local Catering continues to serve Northern Virginia with elevated BBQ, catering, and hospitality experiences.
